There is a common desire within every person to feel successful, however many people don’t know how to really define it. Answering the question ”what is success?” has become quite a difficult question for many to answer, considering the fact that what most people want success in differs. So, we hear stories of people who climbed to the top of their profession, who built empires, who exemplified creativity, talent and hard work, who received accolades and awards and international recognition, who were the definition of success in their respective fields. But really is this what real success is?
God designed you for success. He made you a winner. This is true for every person, regardless of what has happened in the past. God has never destined anybody to live a mediocre life.
How we define success, however, is what we should be concerned about as Christians, because it will shape how we live. It will shape our drive and motivation, it will shape how we interact with others as well as what we do with what God has given us.
